SHIPPING

When will my order arrive?

We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • During sales, launches, or peak seasons, delivery timelines may be slightly extended.

Pre-Order Items

Products marked as Pre-Order require additional processing time and are usually dispatched within 7–10 business days. Delivery timelines begin once the order has been shipped.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

To ensure genuine orders and smooth deliveries, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a ₹50 advance payment at checkout.

The ₹50 paid is adjusted against your total order value, and the remaining balance is payable upon delivery.

Please note:

  • ₹50 is mandatory for all COD orders.

  • The amount is deducted from your final payable balance.

  • The advance payment is non-refundable in case of order cancellation, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts.

  • Confirmed COD orders cannot be cancelled.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, exchanges are accepted subject to product availability.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition.

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • Product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • Only one exchange is permitted per order.

Exchange Charges

A standard exchange handling fee of ₹150 applies to all approved exchanges.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Approval

All returned products undergo a quality inspection before an exchange is approved. Once approved, the replacement item will be dispatched.


RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Do you accept returns?

As a general policy, we do not offer returns or refunds for products delivered in perfect condition.

However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect item

  • A product with a manufacturing defect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Missing or Damaged Products

For claims related to missing, damaged, or incorrect products, an unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened may be required as proof.

Claims without sufficient proof may not be eligible for replacement.


WARRANTY

ARO. Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Eligible products are covered against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal usage conditions.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faulty clasps, links, or fittings

  • Workmanship-related issues

  • Material defects under normal use

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches, dents, or surface marks

  • Accidental damage

  • Improper storage or handling

  • Exposure to harsh chemicals

  • Third-party repairs or modifications

  • Damage caused by misuse

How to Claim Warranty

To submit a warranty request, please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • A brief description of the issue
